You can set the input and output language separately. For example, if you want to generate a Chinese email from an English sentence, you can do so by setting the input language to English and the output language to Chinese.

Is there a free trial before I purchase?

Right now, we offer a benefit plan to new users. You can get 1,000 free credits for the first month and 500 credits for each of the next five months. Once you are ready to upgrade, follow the promptings and select the monthly or annual plan to make the purchase.

You can block your subscription from renewing at any time by going to your profile and clicking the "Cancel Account" button.

Is there a way to use MailMaster from my cell phone?

Certainly. It's easy! Just use your phone's web browser to go towww.mailmaster.ai.

How can I upgrade my account to premium?

You can upgrade by clicking the "Go Premium" button in the top right corner.

What are the supported payment methods?

MailMaster supports all major credit cards.

MailMaster does not accept Paypal, prepaid cards or cash payments at this time.

How do credits work?

You can monitor your credits and usage inside your profile.

When you select the monthly plan, you will be given 50,000 credits each month. If you generate fewer words (for example, 40,000 words) than the given credits, the plan will refresh to 50,000 at the start of the next billing cycle.

When you select the annual plan, you will be given 600,000(50,000*12) credits each year. If you generate fewer words (for example, 400,000 words) than the given credits, the plan will refresh to 600,000 at the start of the next billing cycle.

Will my mails be taken or leaked before I officially submit them?

We don't sell your information and data, and we don't help third-party companies use your personal information to promote products. The only way we can make money is if you pay for premium membership.

We value your data privacy and take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and data privacy. Our network services use encryption techniques such as transport layer security protocols to protect your data during network transmission. All users can only access documents they own.

Cancel Your Account

Click on the Cancel Account button and please follow all the prompts. Make sure you follow all the steps to finalize your cancellation.

Cancellations will be automatically set at the end of your billing cycle. This guarantees that you can still use MailMaster for the month you have already paid for.
